Confirmation is one of the sacraments of the Church. Together with Baptism and the Eucharist it constitutes the set of "sacraments of Christian initiation", that is, sacraments whose reception is necessary for the fullness of the grace we received in Baptism.
In the Sacrament of Confirmation, we perfect baptismal grace; it is the sacrament that gives the Holy Spirit to root us more deeply in divine filiation, to incorporate us more firmly into Christ, to make our bond with the Church more solid, to associate us even more closely with her mission and to help us bear witness to the faith. (1285- Catechism of the Catholic Church).
Saturdays 10.30am - 11.45am or Tuesdays 5.30pm - 6.45pm.
Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation requires a process of two consecutive years of preparation for all who have received the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion. Generally, this process for young people begins in the seventh grade and culminates at the end of the eighth grade.
Wednesdays 10.00am - 11.00am and 7.45pm - 8.45pm.
Our program facilitates training sessions for adults.
